Shipment of Your Package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days of receipt of payment and are shipped via express courier (BRT, GLS or UPS), with tracking and no-signature delivery. Shipping is free of charge for orders reaching the minimum amount indicated for the country of delivery; otherwise, the shipping cost is displayed in the cart before the order is confirmed. Whichever courier is used, the carrier will provide a link to track your package online. Please note that, in the event of withdrawal, only the cost of standard delivery is eligible for a refund, excluding any supplementary costs resulting from special delivery options (pursuant to Article 56 of the Italian Consumer Code).
We strongly recommend grouping your items into a single order. We are unable to combine two distinct orders placed separately; therefore, shipping fees will apply to each individual order. Shipping boxes are amply sized, and your items are well-protected.
For Customers acting as consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the products remains with Extrema Ratio until delivery (pursuant to Article 63 of the Italian Consumer Code). Upon delivery, we kindly ask you to verify the integrity and the number of packages, and to report any discrepancies or anomalies in accordance with Article 4 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
